This Privacy Policy describes how RevSync ("we," "us" or "our"), operating as RevSync Advisory, collects, uses and protects information you provide through revsync-advisory.com (the "Site"). RevSync Advisory is the data advisory arm of RevSync. It helps businesses find out whether records they hold could be licensed and, with their agreement, introduces suitable businesses to a specialist licensing partner.

1. Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, work email address and anything you choose to write in your message.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not ask you to send files, exports or access to your systems through this Site, and the contact form does not accept uploads.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation
• To send you a confirmation that we received your inquiry
• With your agreement, to introduce your business to our licensing partner
• To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse of the contact form
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your information for advertising.

Legal basis for processing (where applicable): your request to be contacted, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, your consent for any introduction to our licensing partner, and compliance with law.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers that run the Site: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (delivering form and reply emails) and Google Fonts (serving the typeface used on the Site, which receives your IP address when the page loads).
• Our licensing partner: only if you agree to be introduced, and only the information needed for that introduction.
• Legal requirements: when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the Site from abuse.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to respond to you and for the purposes described above. Once it is no longer needed, we securely delete it.

6. Data security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in Europe). If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your rights
